The "Injection Monitor" is an injection management device that can be used for traceability of quality records. It captures three points: injection stroke, operating oil pressure, and elapsed time, and calculates six points: high-speed, low-speed, pressure rise time, casting pressure, biscuit thickness, and cycle time (standard measurement items). It can be used to establish casting conditions during prototyping, and it allows for low-cost normal and abnormal judgment during casting, as well as replacement measurements for aging measurement devices. 【Features】 - Calculation results are displayed on a touch panel. - Waveform data for 5 shots and measurement data for 100 shots can be confirmed on the touch panel. - Equipped with a standard memory card (4GB) for saving measurement data. - Easy to save data to a computer or external HDD. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
