We would like to introduce a case study conducted by TAAFU Co., Ltd. that improved machining processes by reducing the cutting time of equipment parts. The key improvement was the review of machining equipment from a vertical machining center to a 5-axis controlled horizontal machining center, enabling unmanned operation during nighttime. Additionally, by adopting an external clamp (CP124-03202 Imao) and reviewing the clamping tools, we achieved increased work efficiency. As a result, the improvement effect led to a 25% reduction in machining time.
