Neat inside the panel with substrate integration! Commercial high-pressure cleaning machine control unit.
【Issues / Results】 ■ We want to create a PCB for PLC, relay, and timer sequence circuits. → Control is realized using a low-cost CPU (RL78). ■ We want to improve the flexibility of setting changes. → Settings can be changed via PC connection. ■ We want to make it vibration-resistant and simply waterproof. → Compatible with urethane potting. Vibration resistance up to 5G. ■ We want to reduce space. → Achieved a volume ratio of approximately 1/3. ■ We want to reduce costs. → Successfully reduced costs for timers, relays, bracket LEDs, and internal wiring. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Despite being located in the remote Wakayama Prefecture, we provide technical support to strong venture companies that aim to create new value in the domestic market and among leading manufacturers. <Business Areas> 〇 Analog and Power Electronics Circuit Design If you have challenges related to the efficiency of analog circuits (such as power supplies, motors, pressure sensing, or feedback control), stability or improvement of output values, or noise countermeasures, please feel free to consult with us. We are also skilled in tuning after the production of actual devices. 〇 PCB Design, CAD, Verification, and Documentation With a strong foundation in electronic circuit knowledge, we have extensive experience in PCB design and CAD (OrCAD/CR8000). We also have a track record in verification and documentation, including responses to FMEA and FTP. Regarding verification documents, we actively provide comparative data before and after tuning and conduct reviews (explanations) through meetings via web or other means. Additionally, we are flexible in providing partial support for verification, drawing checks, tuning, and other areas, so please feel free to reach out to us.
