The "L Series" is a liquid flow meter manufactured by ALICAT that features a laminar flow method (differential pressure type) with a high-speed response of 20 ms. It quickly follows changes in flow rate, allowing for real-time flow rate monitoring. The flow range is 50:1 from 2 to 100% F.S., with the 0.5 CCM type capable of measuring from 0.01 mL/min. It comes standard with external outputs of 0 to 5 VDC and RS-232C communication, and includes a NIST traceable inspection certificate.
