The "LC/LCR Series" is a liquid flow controller manufactured by ALICAT that can quickly control to a specified flow rate with a response speed of 100 ms using a laminar flow method (differential pressure). It allows for the desired flow rate to be achieved in a short time. Flow rate settings can be easily operated via a front switch, and settings can also be made through analog input or communication. It comes standard with an LCD display, allowing for real-time flow rate monitoring due to its fast response speed. Standard external outputs include 0-5 VDC output and RS-232C communication.
