Transport and discharge of short chips and other cutting chips is also possible! We can handle a wide range from large scrap to small and thin plate scrap.
As a manufacturer of scrap conveying conveyors with over 40 years of history, we have added a new cantilever scraper conveyor to our lineup, which includes the hinge belt type scrap conveyor "HC Series." The structure minimizes the risk of scrap spilling out or falling off by transporting materials on the bottom surface of the conveyor. We can accommodate a wide range of scrap, from large pieces to small and thin sheets. 【Features】 ■ The cantilever scraper effectively removes scrap, resulting in minimal carry-back. ■ In horizontal sections, materials can be fed from anywhere with minimal obstruction, excluding the driven parts. ■ An option is available to enhance durability by using wear-resistant materials on the bottom plate. ■ Capable of transporting and discharging chips, such as short chips. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
