Considering a phased introduction! Introducing case studies of document and drawing management systems for the construction industry.

We would like to introduce a case study of facility management for the construction industry using our document and drawing management system, 'D-QUICK7'. The issues at hand were the aging update of the completed document management system (filing system) and the promotion of transitioning from a file server to a system operation. The requirements for the system included automatic input of project information, information inheritance functionality, usability, and clarity of the interface. Additionally, since there had been a previous failure in system operation, a phased implementation was considered. After implementation, there were benefits such as an easy-to-understand screen operation and simple registration from the file server.
