Our company finishes melamine and acrylic baked coatings at conveyor speeds ranging from 1.5m to 3.4m per minute. The equipment includes pre-treatment, water-cut drying furnace, pre-correction booth, robots, electrostatic coating machines, post-correction booth, baking drying furnace, and repair, in that order, allowing products to be completed. We are equipped with electrostatic baking coating devices and phosphoric acid film pre-treatment devices, enabling rust-resistant coatings. Additionally, we have a trolley conveyor, allowing for painting of large or numerous products in a short period.
