Introduction to Potting

Our company uses non-yellowing resin! We also perform resin coating on metal plates and acrylic sheets.

In the promotion, we expect the potting market to grow even larger from now on. For those who have just started potting and are struggling, or for those who want to know more about potting, we would like to share our experience and knowledge so far. The potting machine we use is primarily a single-axis machine that applies resin, and by attaching a multi-axis tube to the end of a single-axis mixer, it can be converted to two-axis, four-axis, six-axis, or eight-axis. However, considering the accuracy of the XY coordinates and the cleaning and replacement of tubes, we do not use multi-axis machines as single-axis is more efficient. Additionally, with inexpensive polyurethane resins or overseas polyurethane resins, there is a risk of yellowing due to ultraviolet light, and if yellowing occurs, the surface can change to a yellow color in just a few months. We use a non-yellowing type of resin.
