Gear-integrated motor contributing to the miniaturization of robots #Robot #MiniatureRobot

Contributing to the miniaturization of robots! A compact gear is built into the motor. It can deliver high torque while maintaining the same motor size. #SmallRobot

For those struggling with the miniaturization of robots, we present a new proposal from Coreless Motor Co., Ltd. The Gear In Motor "GMH Series" is a lightweight, compact, high-efficiency geared motor that incorporates a small planetary gear within a coreless structure. In conventional motors, the motor and gear head are separate, making geared motors larger and complicating the miniaturization and weight reduction of the system. The significant difference comes from utilizing one of the core features of the coreless structure: the hollow structure. By embedding the gears within this hollow section, we have enabled space-saving for the entire system. Furthermore, by placing the gears inside the motor, we also contribute to the quietness of the geared motor. **Features** - Lightweight and compact yet powerful due to the special coreless structure - Suitable for small applications requiring high-speed rotation - Excellent quietness due to the incorporation of small planetary gears - Adjustable to desired rotation speed and torque - Achieves miniaturization of the geared motor by placing small gears inside the motor - Can manufacture motors according to desired gear ratios - Options available for encoders and brakes
