Excellent durability against vibration, impact, and wear. Available for foaming, powder, and non-contact transfer guide rollers!
The Fuji Flow Element is a metal porous body with precisely distributed pores on the micrometer scale. It is made by stacking and sintering several layers of precision stainless steel mesh, and through rolling processing, it accurately controls air permeability characteristics and finishes the surface smoothly. It excels in durability (heat resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance) and can be cut and welded just like regular metal sheets. It also has excellent cleanability, allowing for semi-permanent use. 【Features】 ■ Excellent heat and corrosion resistance due to the use of standard SUS316 stainless steel ■ Outstanding durability against vibration, impact, and wear ■ No delamination, opening of pores, or leakage of constituent materials ■ Excellent cleanability, allowing for permanent use ■ Superior formability (drawing, crimping, brazing, welding) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
● For Airflow Thanks to its uniform ventilation characteristics, it smoothly transports powders and films. Aerators, breaker bridges, air rolls, air bearings (static pressure bearings), air sliders ● For Foaming It finely and uniformly foams and disperses air or gas in liquids. Chemical reaction filters, microbial growth promotion filters ● For Vacuum Molding By drawing air out of the molding sand through Fujiflo, the sand instantly solidifies to form a mold. The mold can be released by blowing air back in, returning it to its original sand state.
