We would like to introduce the "measuring device" developed by Mecatech. This is a dimension measuring device for processed parts (round items) that connects to machine tools and automatically performs multiple measurements such as outer diameter, inner diameter, width, and thickness. The measurement data is fed back to the processing machine, which corrects the dimensions, and non-conforming products are discharged via a chute, while only conforming products are transported to the downstream process.
