We support electronic circuit equipment manufacturers and circuit board manufacturers! Continuous unmanned operation for long hours is possible! We accept design proposals for the line!
The "substrate transfer device" is a machine that picks up substrates stacked in a stocker one by one, transports them to the next process, and combines them with auxiliary parts. The stocker operates on a conveyor circulation system, allowing for long hours of continuous unmanned operation. The substrates are transported in a positioned state, making assembly in the next process easier. Our company offers suitable transfer systems tailored to the equipment layout and production line configuration. 【Features】 ■ Workpiece: Automotive substrates (approximately 100×150mm) ■ Cycle Time: 10 seconds per piece *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
