[Construction Example] Test Polishing for Scale Removal from Glass in a Hot Spring Facility
Choose a solvent without scratching the glass! Finished with a smooth surface without any scratches.
We would like to introduce a case study of glass scale removal testing at a hot spring facility. The glass partition in front of us was completely covered in scale, so we decided on a test area, masked it off, and cleaned the surface before starting the polishing. We carefully selected a solvent that would not scratch the glass and gradually removed the scale. Upon checking the surface, we found no scratches and finished with a smooth surface. At G,T,O,S, we address the scale caused by differences in components at each hot spring facility with our own developed solvents. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Although "glass regeneration polishing" may be an unfamiliar phrase, it primarily involves removing scratches from architectural glass, car and cruiser glass, bathroom mirrors, removing water spots, and polishing glass that has been damaged by acid. To date, we have worked on various projects, including restoring glass damaged by acid in hot spring facilities, repairing glass in condominium renovation projects, removing scratches at new construction sites for general contractors, and removing water spots from tourist boat glass. Traditionally, when glass was scratched, it was replaced, but we repair the scratches on-site. While there are companies that handle scratches from car wipers, they tend to refuse deeper scratches due to the risk of distortion. However, our specialized technology allows us to repair without causing distortion, and we now receive inquiries from all over the country. We also receive inquiries from those who wish to acquire this special technology. Before enrolling in our certification course for glass regeneration polishing, we hold a free consultation session to explain what the glass restoration industry is like. Therefore, we are actively working to expand our niche market, which is unique in our industry.
