Cost reduction of supplier parts through strategic parts management solutions! Introducing case studies.

We would like to introduce the case of PowerWind, a German OEM manufacturer that has implemented our product 'PARTsolutions'. To meet future requirements and effectively reduce production costs, the company began the implementation of our strategic parts management solution. As a result, through interfaces with other management systems, all employees were able to access complete and updated component information. Additionally, the number of parts required to build two system platforms was reduced from 661 parts to 287 parts, achieving a 57% reduction through the establishment of numerous parts reduction criteria and the elimination of duplicate copies.
