safeAttach EVS Overview - Offered as a cloud service on an annual contract basis. - Provides the following features: (1) Temporary Email Hold: A feature to temporarily hold emails for 5 minutes, allowing the sender to cancel the email before it is sent, as a countermeasure against mis-sending. (2) Attachment File URL Conversion: Automatically places email attachments in online storage within the service and notifies the sender with a URL for downloading the files. (3) Attachment File Processing as Directed by the Sender: A feature that allows the email sender to send attachments using methods other than downloading. - Service provided through MTA integration with existing email servers. - Service provided through direct sending from email sending devices (SMTP specified). - Does not require a service management administrator for service usage.
