High shape retention! Ultra-high performance resin bond wheel that demonstrates power even in heavy grinding.
The "SHR Wheel" is a super high-performance resin bond that significantly improves the short lifespan, which has been a weakness of conventional resin bonds. By combining heat-resistant resin and special fillers, it enhances the holding power of the abrasive grains. The bond strength at high temperatures has been improved, and the resistance to wear from cutting chips has also been greatly enhanced. Additionally, we offer products such as "cBN wheels for HSS tools," which have a long lifespan under heavy grinding conditions. 【Features】 ■ High shape retention ■ Effective for heavy grinding ■ Long lifespan under heavy grinding conditions ■ High shape maintenance ability for total shape and V-face processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
