A new all-in-one motor module that combines the motor and the necessary peripheral devices for its control has been released!
■ The reduction gear, motor, brake, encoder, motor driver, and sensors are integrated, allowing operation by simply connecting the power supply, controller, and communication lines. ■ An encoder is mounted on the motor and output shaft. It is equipped with various sensors necessary for control, contributing not only to the control of the module itself but also to the overall system control. ■ To prevent damage from overload, it implements temperature, overvoltage, and overcurrent limit functions using built-in sensors, as well as collision detection functions. Additionally, it has a built-in non-excitation type brake, enabling the retention of angular position even when not powered. ■ Modules can be connected with minimal wiring through daisy-chain (stringing) connections.
