Capable of clean generation in a sealed container and inline generation within the process!
The "EM-LAB1" is an emulsification and dispersion device (emulsion generation device) that achieves miniaturization and high efficiency by using high-speed shear. Based on the gas-liquid/liquid-liquid mixing technology possessed by Kochi National College of Technology, this product is developed by combining our fluid device technology. Since all mechanisms are designed in-house, it can be customized as an emulsification device with unique performance. 【Features】 ■ Can be operated with low energy (operable at AC100V) ■ Compact and easy to install ■ Simple structure with low maintenance costs ■ Can reduce or eliminate the use of emulsifiers ■ Less likely to cause thermal degradation of materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company was founded in 1980 as a metal parts processing business, and based on our achievements in metal processing, we manufacture fluid device components and precision parts. We mainly focus on fluid components such as impellers and three-dimensional surface processing, utilizing hydraulic fluid equipment, 3D CAD/CAM, and multi-axis control machining centers. Additionally, leveraging the technology cultivated through the design, manufacturing, and assembly of fluid device components, we respond quickly to our customers' needs through our two business areas: "processing business" and "fluid device business." We aim to contribute to society by creating high-quality and low-cost products.
