Exhibits long-term rust prevention effects! Protects metal components such as steel frames, rebar, cubicles, and steel pipes from rust.
This document introduces the inorganic rust-proof primer 'AR-PRIMER 12.5', which is applied on-site by mixing and stirring a compound mainly composed of cement and silica sand with an emulsion made of polymer and moisture. Due to the strong alkalinity of the main component, it transforms the surface of iron with red rust into black rust, forming a stable rust-proof layer. The substrate treatment does not require stripping the existing paint with the usual three types of scraping, allowing for significant savings on scraping costs. We provide detailed explanations on "construction procedures," "rust-proof methods," and "points to note during construction." We encourage you to read it. 【Contents (excerpt)】 ■ Overview of rust-proof primer AR-PRIMER 12.5 ■ Features ■ Construction procedures ■ Rust-proof methods ■ Heavy anti-corrosion methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
