Dynamic workstations adapt to the body size and mobility of everyone. With adjustable height elements, anyone can easily concentrate and find an ergonomically sound position that maximizes comfort. Height-adjustable desks allow for standing work. This has a positive impact on energy levels. Additionally, it has been proven that standing up several times a day can reduce fatigue and musculoskeletal disorders (especially neck stiffness and lower back pain). This is a factor that cannot be ignored, especially when it is known that classes can be stressful for students. Therefore, it is recommended to provide flexible equipment that allows for alternating between sitting and standing postures, enabling physical and intellectual agility.
