Using non-flammable compressed nitrogen gas prevents explosion accidents during disposal and transportation.
The "aerosol" is a food-safe spray that applies liquid thinly and evenly through a continuous spray mist when pressed. It utilizes a dual container with an inner bag called BOV (Bag On Valve), allowing for continuous spray without mixing the propellant gas and the liquid inside. You can choose from a mist spray type that can cover a wide area or a straight type that sprays directly, making it suitable for seasoning and garnishing after plating, as well as for mist spraying during cooking, thus expanding your culinary possibilities. Additionally, since it does not use flammable LP gas commonly used, it can be used safely and securely. 【Features】 ■ Food-safe spray ■ No flammable LP gas used ■ Continuous liquid spray is possible ■ High airtightness maintained ■ Prevents oxidation and deterioration of the liquid, allowing for even spraying *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Here is a new proposal from Mitani Valve, the leading domestic share in aerosol valves. We have technically transformed an aerosol system that does not use flammable LP gas for food applications and developed it as a new food packaging material. The BOV (Bag On Valve) features a double container with an inner bag inside the bottle, allowing for continuous spray of the liquid without mixing the propellant gas and the contents. The high sealing properties characteristic of aerosols are maintained, preventing oxidation and deterioration of the contents, and ensuring an even spray.
