Here is a new proposal from Mitani Valve, the leading domestic share in aerosol valves. We have technically transformed an aerosol system that does not use flammable LP gas for food applications and developed it as a new food packaging material. The BOV (Bag On Valve) features a double container with an inner bag inside the bottle, allowing for continuous spray of the liquid without mixing the propellant gas and the contents. The high sealing properties characteristic of aerosols are maintained, preventing oxidation and deterioration of the contents, and ensuring an even spray.
Business Activities
Founded in 1956, Mitani Valve was the first to develop aerosol valves domestically, which were then expensive imported goods. The emergence of affordable and high-quality domestic valves is said to have led to the birth of hair sprays and insecticide sprays, which are now readily available, and contributed to improving the quality of life at that time. This moment also marked the first step for Mitani Valve as a "manufacturing company that changes the world." Currently, the company is actively working on environmentally friendly products, which is a major theme for all global citizens, and is advancing product development with an eye on future needs, including expansion into overseas markets.
