TY-VISION XAIS is an AI system designed for the "TY-VISION series" of final appearance inspection systems for printed circuit boards. For example, we have introduced a dual-sided automatic machine + AI system in the final appearance process of mass-produced fine-pitch rigid boards. We have also implemented a manual machine + AI system in the final appearance process of mass-produced FPC products, which require thorough quality control. As a result, the verification process for final appearance inspection has seen a reduction of 50-70% in false positives thanks to the AI system, allowing for significant labor savings. Additionally, it has become possible to address "unknown defects" that were difficult to detect with conventional final appearance inspection equipment alone.
