Control Panel × IoT Production Case | Power Control Panel for New Industrial Furnaces and Small Continuous Furnaces
[Case Study Release] Visualizing energy consumption and equipment operating status! We can provide comprehensive support for control panel production as well as IoT utilization.
Our company, Taiyo Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (part of the Nitto Kogyo Group), proposes control technologies across a wide range of industrial fields. The control panels we have produced have been active worldwide, beyond Japan, and have received high praise. We would like to introduce a case study of our control panel production. The request was for the production of a "Power Control Panel for a Small Continuous Furnace Installation." ◎ Size: W3200mm × H1950mm × D8600mm ◎ Structure: Indoor dustproof and drip-proof self-supporting type ◎ Information is sent from the PLC to the PC via Ethernet communication, utilized as IoT. 【Regarding IoT Utilization】 ◆ SCADA can be used to manage equipment information. The applications we have a proven track record with are "JoyWatcher," "Kantarou," and "InTouch." ◆ With the advancement of "visualization" through IoT, it becomes easy to confirm energy usage, production status, and equipment operating conditions at a glance, enabling: "Energy conservation and simplification of production management" "Remote management systems using tablets and PCs" and more. *Case study materials can be viewed from [PDF Download].
