Thorough pursuit of diversity in membrane types! Our unique coating technology for sputtered films.
Sputtering is a type of dry process (dry plating method) in which high-energy ions are collided with a material target arranged opposite to the substrate, knocking coating material from the target and depositing it onto the substrate. There are various methods for coating services, and sputtering is one of them. Our company operates multiple sputtering devices and can accommodate a wide range of coating services, from single and small batch projects for prototype development to contract production for mass-produced items. 【Service Features】 ■ Staff knowledgeable about equipment and film quality ■ Equipment prepared to accommodate diverse film qualities ■ Capability to operate in a clean environment ■ Wide-ranging support from prototyping to mass production *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or related link pages, or feel free to contact us.
