The "KSS System" can thermally decompose and refine waste tires, converting approximately 40% of the input amount of waste tires into recycled oil on a weight basis, recovering about 40% as carbonized material, about 10% as scrap metal, and leaving about 5% as residue in the form of sulfuric acid pitch generated during the refining process. The produced carbonized material can be utilized as a valuable resource with adsorption capabilities and adjustment functions. **New Utilization of Waste Tires** We employ a thermal decomposition carbonization treatment method under a reducing atmosphere condition that blocks air. The heat source is an electric heating method at atmospheric pressure, allowing for continuous operation for 24 hours. The processing capacity of the raw materials is 20 tons per day, and 8 tons of regenerated oil can be extracted and refined. Additionally, when using 100 tons of waste tire chips as fuel for thermal recycling, approximately 255 tons of CO2 are emitted.
