We have been stationed as an electrical equipment contractor involved in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of cement factories and cement mining sites in Kyushu for about 50 years. Cement is produced through a chemical reaction by calcining limestone, and we have also been involved in the maintenance of waste heat power generation systems that utilize the waste heat. In recent years, we participated in the electrical work for the construction of a 74.9MW coal-fired power generation facility within the factory. Additionally, we have been involved in the establishment and renovation of DCS (Distributed Control System) and desulfurization equipment, and we have a specialized division focused on cement factories, operating as "professionals in electrical systems for cement plants." Recently, we have worked on the automation of sampling analysis and the installation of process monitoring cameras and network systems. We are also capable of maintenance, inspection, and calibration primarily for instrumentation equipment. Furthermore, in a niche area, we have been involved in the electrical and control modifications of special vehicles used in mining, specifically those equipped with PTO (Power Take-Off) mechanisms, as well as the implementation of predictive maintenance systems.
