The calibration of the thermometer is performed on-site with actual temperature calibration ranging from -50.00℃ to 250.00℃. We have a constant temperature bath and high-precision thermometers in-house. Additionally, we have quickly adapted to the smart technology of calibrators, owning devices such as the CA550, which supports HART communication, and the CA700, which has an automatic calibration function for manometers.

We primarily focus on retrofitting, such as replacing parts of equipment whose manufacturer support period has expired, and overhauls within the device. We respond to a wide variety of needs, including updating old OS device PCs, overhauling three-phase rectifiers, and potting electronic circuit boards for equipment installed in harsh environments. For maintenance, we also carry out passivation treatment in-house for small sheet metal parts that come with the equipment. As an independent department separate from plant maintenance, engineers well-versed in power electronics and mechatronics at our headquarters support customers in solving their problems.

Regarding instrumentation work, we handle everything from the construction of the entire process to testing and adjustment. We can also accommodate HART standards. We maintain HART communicators (Yokogawa's FieldMate) and other calibration test equipment in-house. Validation support is also available. For air conditioning work, we carry out the implementation of clean rooms. In terms of mechanical piping work, we conduct comprehensive construction from process lines centered around furnaces and reactors to utilities such as tank control, including basic design such as process design, equipment selection, welding, manual work, and mechanical drawing design, as well as installation, construction, and vibration testing. Additionally, we can also provide maintenance and servicing, such as overhauls of pumps and decanters (centrifuges).

From high voltage to low voltage, from feeders to PAS, from power reception to control, and from external lines to internal lines, we lay main lines. We respond to a wide variety of needs, including internal wiring for machinery, manufacturing and installation of cubicles, power receiving panels, distribution boards, sub-distribution boards, cable ducts, and support brackets, providing consistent construction services.
