powRgrip is a press-fit tooling system that boasts exceptional runout accuracy and high vibration damping performance. By using a dedicated press-fit unit to press the collet into the holder, it easily achieves very strong gripping force and ideal runout accuracy. The press-fitting operation, which uses a maximum pressure of 9 tons, is completed in about 8 seconds, making it very safe as there are no processes like heating involved, and there is no time wasted on cooling operations. You can touch it with bare hands and attach it to the machine immediately after pressing. The powRgrip system can meet the stringent conditions required for modern machining, such as high-speed milling and drilling. At LegoFix, we conduct a test and trial program where we lend holders and collets free of charge for a certain period so that you can verify their performance. Standard collets support center through coolant, and we also offer collets for side through coolant and MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) processing. - Compatibility with a wide range of tool holder standards powRgrip tool holders are available for REGO-FIX CAPTO, BT, BT+, SK, SK+, HSK, CAT, CAT+, and lathe interfaces. The two-face clamping system is licensed by Daishowa Seiki Co., Ltd., and CAPTO is officially licensed by Sandvik Coromant, both featuring very high precision.
