What is an efficient method for recovering precious metals? "Non-ferrous metal sorting system"
We propose to increase added value through the recovery and sorting of valuable metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass using eddy current and color sorting technology, achieving high-purity non-ferrous metal recovery.
What kind of system is the non-ferrous metal sorting system? - It is a recovery system for non-ferrous metals that combines our non-ferrous metal sorter, conveyor equipment, and color sorter. 1. Non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted using eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal sorter. 2. Non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted by color using the color sorter. What benefits does it offer? - Recovery of valuable metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) from processed materials. - Reduction of the number of personnel required for manual sorting, leading to lower labor costs. ★ Sample tests are currently being accepted! basic information
Sample tests are currently being accepted! We are accepting sample tests for free. This is only for non-ferrous metal sorting machines. We also offer standalone tests for color sorters, so please feel free to consult with us. *Please note that there may be cases where testing cannot be conducted depending on the sample. Additionally, we ask that you have a preliminary discussion with our sales representative regarding the test.

Company information
"A company that is both old and new"! The predecessor of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery was established as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works during the Taisho era, and it traces back to Mitsubishi Steel Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works, which became independent in 1942. In 1975, it was established by inheriting the industrial machinery and steel structure manufacturing division of the company. The technology of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery is based on the skills developed as a cast and forged steel manufacturer since the Mitsubishi Steel era. While supported by tradition and new technologies, it continues its unique research and development and technical refinement, skillfully blending engineering (design technology) and manufacturing (production technology) in a well-balanced manner, actively engaging in product development and business expansion.
