"Magnetic Separator" Non-ferrous Metal Sorting System for sorting copper, aluminum, brass, etc.
Collect and sort valuable metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass! ~We will provide proposals to increase added value~
What kind of system is the non-ferrous metal sorting system? - It is a recovery system for non-ferrous metals that combines our non-ferrous metal sorting machine, conveyor system, and color sorter. 1. Non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted using eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal sorting machine. 2. The sorted non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are transported by the conveyor system. 3. The non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, etc.) are sorted by color using the color sorter. What are the benefits? - Recovery of valuable amounts from processed materials. - Reduction of the number of personnel required for manual sorting, leading to lower labor costs.

basic information
What kind of company is Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery? It is a manufacturer of "magnetic separation machines" and produces "magnetic separators" and "non-ferrous metal separation machines," among others. Particularly, due to its expertise in metal recovery, it can propose a comprehensive recovery system that combines magnetic separation machines and non-ferrous metal separation machines in addition to the systems mentioned above! Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery traces its origins back to the Taisho era as Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works, which became independent as Mitsubishi Steel Co., Ltd. Nagasaki Steel Works in 1942. It was established in 1975 by inheriting the industrial machinery and structural steel canning division of the same company. The technology of Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery is based on the skills developed as a cast and forged steel manufacturer since the Mitsubishi Steel era. While supported by tradition and new technologies, it continues its unique research and development and technical refinement, skillfully merging engineering (design technology) and manufacturing (production technology) in a well-balanced manner, actively engaging in product development and business expansion.
