Energy isolation system: Electricity, pneumatic, and hydraulic all in one place!
ElectroGuard
Multi-zone energy (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic) isolation system! It is called single point lockout in Europe and America.
The "ElectroGuard Energy Isolation System" provides a new level of machine safety by using a third-party certified system design that ensures all energy sources are quickly isolated every time a lockout is performed. The "ElectroGuard EIS System" is capable of isolating electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic energy for each zone of a machine system that consists of an entire machine or multiple zones. This system receives a single input at a remote lockout station, executes all energy isolation procedures including verification, and then the locking is performed by the operator or maintenance personnel. 【Benefits】 ■ Reduction of downtime incidents ■ Increased productivity ■ Establishment of procedure standards across the facility ■ Improved operational accuracy of the plant through downtime communication ■ Ease of regulation, procurement, setup, and maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
