The "Automatic Grinding Device for Brush Pen Tips" is a machine that performs grinding, quality inspection, and type sorting automatically, eliminating the need for manual labor. The molded workpieces are fed in the appropriate quantity by hand and aligned in a consistent direction using a parts feeder. After that, they are transferred to the workpiece rotation unit of the grinding rotary table via the workpiece insertion unit for grinding. The grinding rotary table is moved to the inspection position, and while rotating the workpiece, image inspection is conducted, followed by type sorting of the workpiece using an actuator.
