High welding strength without air leaks using high-frequency energy.
This page introduces the processing of multilayer airbags using "high-frequency welding," which serves as an alternative to traditional thermal welding. High-frequency welding is a technology that heats the resin from within to weld (or bond) the resins together. A multilayer airbag is a bag that is inflated with air and is built into massage seats or luxury car seats. High-frequency welders are also used for the welding of these multilayer airbags. Since various body types will sit on top of the multilayer airbag, a high welding strength is required to prevent punctures or air leaks. Our high-frequency welder finely adjusts the balance of high-frequency output and controls the cross-sectional shape to enhance welding strength. For inquiries about high-frequency adhesion, please feel free to contact Yamamoto Vinita Co., Ltd. We conduct free welding tests and provide recommendations for the optimal machinery and molds.
