【Usage Instructions】 <Blocks, Fences, Slices, Sushi Toppings (Tuna, Bonito, Yellowtail, Hamachi, etc.)> ■ Soak the product in a water solution diluted 10 to 20 times for a few minutes to thaw (Adjust soaking time based on size) * For slices and sushi toppings, soak for only 20 to 30 seconds, then continue thawing in the refrigerator to bring out the color. <Cuts, Chunks, Negitoro> ■ Sprinkle about 1.0 to 2.0% of the product over the raw material using a sieve or similar tool, and mix gently by hand.
