[Industry Case Studies Available] A case where the issue of foreign matter contamination due to friction in stainless steel pumps has been resolved.
We would like to introduce a case study of our air-driven diaphragm pump, the "One Nut Pump." ★Target Audience: Sauce Manufacturers The company in question previously used rotary pumps for transferring sauces, but due to friction from stainless steel within the rotary pump, stainless steel particles were contaminating the product, causing issues with metal detectors. After switching to our "One Nut Pump," the problem of foreign matter contamination due to stainless steel friction in the pump was resolved, leading to reduced cleaning time and the added benefit of zero bacteria remaining inside the pump. 【Case Study Overview】 ■ Pump Series: Slim Type ■ Maximum Discharge Flow Rate: 390L/min, 100L/min ■ Wetted Material: SUS316L hand-polished, PTFE ■ Cleaning: CIP cleaning with hot water at approximately 90°C ■ Piping: Pulsation dampers used *You can view the complete collection of all case studies in the "Case Examples Collection," available for immediate PDF download. We also welcome any inquiries you may have.
