[FAPI Use Case] To better understand the assignment status in a more concrete way.

All assignment information is consolidated! A case where the effort for updates has been significantly reduced.

We would like to introduce a case study on the utilization of the skill management and assignment management support tool 'fapi' at FDC Corporation. Our company did not have a system to share the assignment status of engineers across the organization, and the detailed assignment status was only known by the department heads, resulting in a very personal and subjective situation. After implementing 'fapi', all assignment information could be consolidated, and the only information required to register was the project details and assigned members, significantly reducing the effort needed for updates. Additionally, it became possible to search for available personnel from the assigned members of each project, allowing us to accurately grasp the availability of personnel.
