Traditionally, the hole drilling for ultra-small deep-drawn parts was done from the outside. However, we received a request from a customer to drill holes from the inside without leaving any burrs on the inner side of the deep-drawn parts. As a result, we have established the "hole drilling technology for ultra-small deep-drawn parts" that allows drilling from the inside. By drilling holes from the inside and applying a barrel, we have made it possible to create ultra-small deep-drawn hole-drilled parts without burrs. 【Features】 ■ By using a progressive die, it is possible to process burr-free hole-drilled parts at a low cost. ■ Limit for the diameter of lateral holes: The minimum diameter for lateral holes is Φ1.0. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
