[Industry Case Studies Now Available] Introducing cases where it has become possible to flush out bacteria with steam or nitrogen during washing and drying.

We would like to introduce a case study of our air-driven diaphragm pump, the "One Nut Pump." ★Application: Transfer of chemical samples A company manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) uses the Chemflo Series (K style) pump for the transfer of chemical samples. Previously, they used a tubular diaphragm pump, but when handling products containing oil, bacteria remained in the pump, leading to contamination. By using a diaphragm protection backplate that allows for CIP cleaning, it has become possible to flush out bacteria with steam or nitrogen during cleaning and drying. 【Case Study Overview】 ■ Pump Series: Chemflo Series ■ Pump Model: F33TTTTS150OR ■ Suction Lift: 2.0m ■ Options: ATEX Approval / Backplate *You can view the complete "Case Study Collection" available for PDF download immediately. We also welcome any inquiries you may have.
