These are parts with a high frequency of wear, so we perform vacuum hardening on DC53 to improve wear resistance. Additionally, to prevent the resin from adhering to the mold during shaping, we enhance the surface roughness. At the machining finishing stage, we achieve a surface roughness of Rz = 1.6, and a mirror finish with Rz = 0.2 through lapping.
