Presentation of Materials: Introduction to Basic Research Pioneering the Use of Argoculus 1
Presentation at the Japan Society for Maintenance Engineering: Indicators for Identifying Load and Operating Conditions of Rotary Vacuum Pumps Based on MEMS Vibration Sensor Measurement Data Analysis
Our company conducts vibration measurement and analysis of rotary vacuum pumps. Recently, we presented part of these results at the Spring Conference of the Japan Society for Maintenance Engineering, titled "Indicators for Identifying Pump Load and Operating Conditions Based on MEMS Vibration Sensor Measurement Data for Rotary Vacuum Pumps." We will introduce the presentation content, which includes a new concept for IoT proposals, in multiple installments. [Overview] ■ Purpose: Preventing sudden stops easily and inexpensively ■ Measurement Target: Rotary vacuum pumps ■ Analysis Method: Fourier analysis, acceleration RMS, and velocity RMS analysis You can download the materials using the "PDF Download" button. We encourage you to read it. *We have published "Introduction to Basic Research Pioneering the Use of Argoculus 2." URL: https://www.ipros.jp/product/detail/2000676578

Company information
Our company has been an expert in both the I and T worlds of IoT, having handled large-scale data collection, management, analysis, and visualization in system development related to engineering sciences. Our IoT platform "Argoculus" allows you to start IoT operations on-site in as little as one hour by simply connecting remote products and devices. IoT requires mechanisms such as gateways that extract information from end "things" and transmit it over the network, databases that collect and store information, and dashboards that analyze, process, visualize, and control the accumulated information. Argoculus is equipped with these mechanisms, making it a platform that can quickly adapt to new devices from the prototyping stage.
