Wooden frame seismic control panel
PROGRESS DAMPING WALL SYSTEM "Seismic Control Panel" that turns the entire house into a damper.
PROGRESS DAMPING WALL SYSTEM aims for no damage with seismic panels + vibration control panels that turn the entire house into a damper.
The seismic control panel is a higher-level seismic control system aimed at protecting not only "human life safety" but also "the value of the home." The earthquake-resistant structures regulated by the Building Standards Act are the minimum earthquake measures that can only ensure "human life safety." Japan is the country with the highest frequency of earthquakes in the world. What would happen if a major earthquake struck right after a new house is built? The house could tilt, window frames could break, and wallpaper could tear... The repair costs might lead to a double mortgage. It is recommended to invest additional costs at the time of construction to implement reliable earthquake measures for peace of mind. ◆ Instead of localized dampers, the entire building will be equipped with seismic dampers. ◆ Even after repeated major earthquakes, the shaking of the house will not become too severe. ◆ The seismic control effect against repeated earthquakes has been confirmed. ◆ Vibrational energy is converted into thermal energy, reducing shaking. ◆ The seismic tape developed through joint research by the Disaster Prevention Research Institute, the University of Tokyo, and Shimizu Corporation is adopted. ◆ Our product, the 'PROGRESS WALL SYSTEM,' will be used as a structural wall. ◆ Individual analysis results for each building will be provided. ◆ Manufacturing in an ISO-certified factory ensures uniformity in production quality.
