The QB-7 series is a magnetic thickness gauge that is ideal for measuring the thickness of non-ferrous (non-magnetic) containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans. The measurement object is placed between the sensor and a metal target ball, allowing for quick and easy thickness measurements, even for complex shapes. The probe features a titanium tip, significantly enhancing durability. Additionally, it comes standard with seven calibration test pieces and offers a maximum of eight-point calibration functionality, achieving unprecedented high-precision measurements.
