Regarding neutralizing antibodies: We investigated the inhibitory effect of the neutralizing antibodies contained in this spray on the binding of the recombinant protein of the receptor binding domain present in the spike protein of the novel coronavirus to the recombinant protein of the extracellular domain of the receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme 2, and found that the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 10.3 ng/mL (manuscript in preparation).
