We have achieved a cost reduction for an inline-compatible vertical separation automatic cream solder printing machine through a simple method that positions the mask and substrate mechanically without using image processing. It has a cycle time of approximately 20 seconds (adjustable during reciprocal printing) and supports printing for the minimum size of 0402. The printing pressure and squeegee angle can be freely set, and it also offers optional support for metal squeegees. This allows for production planning that is not dependent on large lines.
