The Smart Rack Mobile is a portable smart reel rack that allows you to move between the warehouse and the SMT site while storing electronic component reels. Equipped with large casters and a portable power source, it can operate for over 8 hours without a wired power supply at the destination. Operations such as planned shipping can be performed on-site from the attached touch PC for each rack. In addition to LED navigation for inbound and outbound logistics, it features a guided shipping system that lights up the target reels in the order of feeder arrangement, streamlining the setup process. It also supports digital management of item names, quantities, and inbound dates, as well as first-in-first-out and free location management. It connects the storage, transportation, and shipping of reels, helping to reduce the hassle of searching for materials and the burden of back-and-forth trips to the site.

In an SMT factory that implements electronic components, it can be used for transporting reels from the warehouse to the production line, as well as for preparing materials and changing setups during model switches. Reels taken out from the warehouse racks can be stored in the smart rack mobile and moved to the site along with the racks.
