In recent years, there has been an increase in rubber products that require even more precise tolerances, and it seems that more factories are struggling with molding. The packing requested this time is similar, with an outer diameter of Φ14.4 0～-0.2 and an inner diameter of Φ6.4 ±0.1, and there was a request for the burr remaining to be less than 0.06mm. Normally, this is quite difficult, but by teaming up with mold makers and molding factories, we were able to achieve a burr remaining of less than 0.04mm after two years of production.
