About urethane rubber materials: (1) It has the highest mechanical strength among rubber types. (2) It is elastic and protects valuable products from damage. (3) It has excellent abrasion resistance and is suitable for cushioning materials for products that dislike contamination (foreign matter inclusion). (4) We mainly handle TDI ether-based PPG with a hardness of 90° Shore A, which is a proven material for cushioning heavy products (parts) in automotive-related applications. About simple molds for urethane rubber: (1) No molds are required. (2) A small quantity of models is produced using rigid plastic, and a simple mold (inverted mold) is created based on that. (3) This significantly reduces the high costs associated with conventional molds and the lead time that can take several months. (4) The cost of the master model is approximately several thousand to tens of thousands of yen. (5) The simple mold (rubber mold) is treated as a consumable and is included in the unit price of the product.
