Applications/Examples of results
Many companies engaged in OEM production and subcontracting (covering a wide range from industrial products to food) often express a desire to develop their own new products. As a result, there is a lack of knowledge in product development, marketing, design, sales, and promotion within the company, so they are developing while learning the basics of these areas. Additionally, the development process incorporates methods such as design thinking. A key point in this context is the "cultivation of a consumer perspective." In the case of OEM and subcontracting, the customers are brand owners, making it challenging to understand the thoughts, behaviors, and consciousness of end users. Our support involves organizing projects within the client's company and managing operations while addressing these challenges.

Company information
Shall we find something new together? I want to start a new business, but how should I proceed? We are experimenting within our company, but we can't seem to find a breakthrough. All we can see are saturated markets based on user needs alone. I somewhat understand design thinking, but I haven't reached the point of applying it in practice. I want to implement (learn about) design management, but while I understand it at a general knowledge level, I don't know how to structure or navigate it in the field. These voices are often heard online. The mission of Future Park is "a park where something new can be found." We provide support in deriving hidden user needs and products/services from insights, and in designing new businesses or products/services. We also support rebranding by extracting insights for the next generation or era from the current brand. To create new businesses, we start by designing user insights that will become "something new" and the inherent value of the seeds that exist within the company.
